A Study of Streets, Public Spaces and Community Resources, prepared in August 2005 with the local community through Communities First. Focus is on a framework for development that can provide much needed resources for the local community, including affordable housing, new recreation spaces, a community building and safe, pedestrian-oriented streets - Home Zones.
