Commissioned by Tai Eryri (Housing Association), our staff (originally with CDS) worked with residents to recover a small cluster estate that had been built less than 10 years before. Residents were at the forefront from concept through to completion, including new boundaries, house ‘turn-arounds’, the distinction between public and private space, and demolition. We continue to work with that community and the client.
