Major regeneration scheme for a small early 1990s estate that had become a financial and management problem for its landlord (Newydd Housing Association). Our staff (then at CDS) took the project from initial consultations and concepts, through to completion of separate phases of work, including house and flat ‘turn-arounds’, new boundaries, establishment of private gardens in one phase and a Home Zone, with play in the street in an Assembly funded second stage.
